is an add-on for contractors who use Insurance Tracker. It brings leads, jobs, schedules, texts, check-ins and automatic updates together, and shows each sub's certificate status from Insurance Tracker right next to their name. Brokers never see it.

Every screen is clickable. Send a text and a reply comes back a few seconds later.

Try these

  • Open Orange Grove ADU, Messages, and text Maria. She answers in a few seconds.
  • On the Schedule tab, add a sub. They get a "reply C to confirm" text and confirm.
  • Create a check-in for Foothill Plumbing, then press Send now and watch the answer arrive.
  • Drag a lead to another stage, or log a call.
  • Edit an automation's wording and watch the preview bubble change.
  • In Settings, turn on Insurance warnings and see the colors change everywhere.

Insurance, everywhere, without nagging

  • Each sub's certificate status comes from Insurance Tracker.
  • It shows on the schedule, the job, the sub list, the client page and the Today screen.
  • It is information only. Nothing is blocked, and warnings are off unless you turn them on.
  • Request certificate sends the sub (and their agent) an upload link.
